Why Our Beans Are Different

Cranberry beans are often difficult to find fresh and well-handled.

At Fresh Acres, we grow our beans on our New Lowell farm and pack in small batches. The result is beans that hydrate easily, cook evenly, and develop exceptional flavour.

All of our beans are non-GMO and grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.

Cooking Tips:

• Rinse before cooking
• Soak 8-12 hours
• Bring to a boil, then simmer until tender creamy and tender
